What Does Your Support Look Like?
Initial training: You will visit our corporate headquarters for several days of in-person training. Learn the business model through classroom and on-the-job training. Our classroom sessions consist of learning to use our state-of-the-art software for customer estimates, efficient calendar and scheduling management, and effective marketing to get up and running quickly.
On-the-job training consists of working at several job sites. We teach you how to master our five-step process, our products, and how to deliver the end result the customer expects.
Grand Opening: Once you leave training, you will be ready to launch your business in your community. You won’t be at it alone. A member of our team will visit your location to ensure you’re getting off on the right foot. We like to ensure the quality of your work, and to answer any questions you may have.
Marketing support: Marketing for Deck Medic is fairly straightforward. We help you advertise on Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor, and other websites. We also provide materials to help you get the word out through print media and social media. Your wrapped vehicle and lawn signs will act as strong advertising t00. We encourage you to join your local Chamber of Commerce, attend trade shows, and participate in community events.
Software: One of the most important aspects of winning new business is providing customers with quick and straightforward estimates. We’ve invested in software that takes the guesswork out of creating estimates. Our process is fast, efficient, and easy for you and your team.
Ongoing coaching: You will find our franchise support never ends. We’re always in communication with our franchise owners. We want to answer their questions, help them exceed their goals, and deliver on our promise to always put the success of our franchise owners first.
